Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the size of the art, please allow 1–7 days for processing and packaging before your order ships. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped from Lancaster, PA.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted. If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at [insert email] for further instructions.
If an order is lost or damaged, please email sarah@sarahmariehawkins.com right away. You must also file a damage claim with the carrier and provide photos to be eligible for a full refund.
