Products & Descriptions
We aim to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices of products on this site are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, including differences in size, colour, or availability. Please note that artwork colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
All artwork remains the copyright of Sarah Hawkins and may not be reproduced without permission.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through secure third-party platforms such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other listed providers.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped from Lancaster, PA.
Please allow 1–7 days for processing and packaging before your order ships. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and product and are estimates only; delays can occur, especially during busy periods or due to external factors.
We are not responsible for customs charges, import taxes, or delays caused by local postal services.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (often made-to-order or limited edition), all sales are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted. If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at sarah@sarahmariehawkins.com for further assistance.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sarah@sarahmariehawkins.com. You must also file a damage claim with the carrier and provide photos of the damage and packaging to qualify for a refund.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, prints, images, text, logos, branding elements, and other content displayed on this website (collectively, the “Content”) are the sole property of Sarah Hawkins and are protected under US and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Ownership
All artworks featured on this site, including original paintings, limited edition prints, digital artworks, and photographic representations of artworks, remain the intellectual property of Sarah Hawkins, even after purchase. Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not grant you rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes.
You may not:

Use images of artworks on social media, websites, or marketing materials without proper credit and permission.

Personal Use
Buyers are welcome to display their purchased artwork in their home or workplace and share images of their purchased pieces on social media, provided proper credit is given to Sarah Hawkins (e.g., tagging @sarahmariehawkins or referencing www.sarahmariehawkins.com).
Please do not crop out signatures or watermarks, misrepresent the work as your own, or use it in a way that devalues the original intention or creator.
Licensing & Reproduction Requests
For licensing, editorial use, commercial projects, collaborations, or events, please contact us directly at sarah@sarahmariehawkins.com to discuss terms and permissions. Licensing is handled case-by-case.
Legal Action
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of Sarah Hawkins’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. We actively monitor for image misuse to protect the integrity and value of the creative work.
