About Sprawl II:

Sprawl II was created for and exhibited in Curio Gallery & Supply’s “Connecting the Dots: Community Exhibition” in October 2025.

Sprawl II explores the tension between self-expression and the pressure to shrink. Painted during a season of transition when I was choosing myself over losing myself within the gray. Arcade Fire's “Sprawl II’ on repeat became the soundtrack to my refusal to play small.
