For in-stock prints and available original paintings, please allow 1-7 days for packaging.
For custom commissions (Ritual Releases and Canvases), creation times vary between 10 days to 6 weeks as outlined on their product pages.
Once your piece is ready, standard shipping within the US typically takes 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves the studio.
Original works currently ship within the US.

If an order is lost or damaged, please email sarah@sarahmariehawkins.com. You must file a damage claim with the carrier and provide photos to be eligible for a full refund.
