This one is from Vermont.
While I’m sharing a capsule collection soon, this piece felt too specific to keep. Selfishly, I didn’t want it to exist beyond the moment it was made, so it’s going on the chopping block.
I painted this at the Jay Peak Tram Lodge on a random Tuesday. The woman opening the snack stand let me stay as long as I wanted if I didn’t mind her music (a more than fair trade). It was quiet, and I spent hours watching skiers below kick up puffs of snow through the trees.
10×10 print, made in a small batch and sent by me.
Each one includes a pre-stamped postcard to send or to keep.
Pre-orders close April 1. The original will be burned at the end of the month.
